Wimbledon Carriage Co. (Tel: 020 8540 9581) has sold over 300 used Fiat Coupes over the past three years. "We stock up to 15 cars and know them backwards," says Sales Manager Graham Hill. "The car provides cracking good value, but look carefully when buying - especially at the bodywork. Rust isn't a problem but the thin body panels can dent easily, and wheel damage is common."
"The 20 valve Turbo is the most popular model but both sell well. Most people want leather and air-conditioning and there are no 'bad' colours. We've seen very few problems given the number of cars we have sold, and mechanically the car seems bomb-proof."
